Refund and Returns Policy

 We are happy to accept returns or exchange within 30 days, starting from the day your order   was delivered, that meet our return conditions.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

        Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

        Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

        Made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

        Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

 

 How to return?

       Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your order (or fill here) and stick the address label on the parcel.

       Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers).

               Within 10 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged). Please note that items must meet our return policy. 

        Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

 

 Fees

 

 The delivery cost of the return package will be paid in full by the customer. This price may vary depending on the weight, volume, and country of the returning package.

 For any orders, any shipping or gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable. Kindly note that for  -international orders the costs of gift wrapping, shipping, as well as any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable. 

 Please note that YOUINSPOTLIGHT.COM monitors the number and condition of products returned and orders canceled by customers. Violations of our returns policy, frequent returns, or cancellations will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.

 

Made-to-order items

 Due to the nature of made-to-order items, and the fact they have been specially created for you, we can not accept returns unless the items are damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

 If any of your purchases arrive in a flawed or faulty condition, or without YOU IN SPOTLIGHT brand tags attached, contact our Customer Service Team.

 

Faulty items

 If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesnt quite match the description on our website, contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
