Returns and Refunds Overview

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
2.1 To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
a) The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
b) The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
c) Any tags, labels, and accessories that came with the product must be intact.
2.2 Certain products, including but not limited to personalized items, and intimate apparel, may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.
Return Process
3.1 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a) Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and details of the return.
b) Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
c) Package the product securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
d) Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
4.1 Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your financial institution.
Exchanges
5.1 If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined in Section 3. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the exchange.
5.2 If the requested exchange is not available, we will issue you a voucher gift equivalent to the product’s value for future purchases on our website.
Voucher Gifts
6.1 If you receive a voucher gift as part of a return or exchange, the following terms apply:
a) Voucher gifts are non-transferable and can only be used on our website.
b) Voucher gifts cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid for a period of 12 months from the issue date.
c) To redeem a voucher gift, enter the voucher code during the checkout process.
